We are releasing three new products in 2018, and seek a data driven digital marketing strategist to build our digital marketing roadmap.

WHAT WE WANT – Communication architect. Multimedia virtuoso. A Musician.

You will create blueprints for multi-platform marketing campaigns. The ability to play an instrument is essential to understand our customers and our products.

WHO WE NEED – Digital Marketing Manager.

You will build a brand consistent online presence and manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) considering SEO and Google Analytics.

You will work with the Creative Director to transform rough ideas and general concepts into actions, projects by producing content that will increases customer engagement and brand awareness.

WHO YOU ARE – Analytical marketing guru.

You are a data junkie with ability to Identify trends and insights in order to optimize spend and performance.

You can articulate data-analysis, consumer behavior and influence of variables to others, and offer strategic solutions.

You leverage marketing automation and email systems to skyrocket conversion rates

You are a renaissance Wo/Man – an eternal student committed to learning new skills, follow industry trends and innovations.

WHAT YOU KNOW – How to develop a content strategy to capture customer engagement.

Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends through a variety of Web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, WebTrends etc.

Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.

How to prepare budget, measure ROI and KPIs

How to design web AB tests, Facebook Ads, and use a myriad of multimedia platforms.

The fundamental design principles and disciplines for web and print that affect typography, color use, animation, composition, and use of space to produce quality work on time, to specification and format.

Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite

Experience with project management, data and methodology to run ad campaigns.

Possess superior grammar skills and Copy writing ability.

Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments

Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors, and can use your network to promote products.

WHO WILL STAND OUT: Applicants with strong portfolios, agency experience, music industry backgrounds

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
