Satisfaction Guarantee

At Singular Sound, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee for all customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your physical product purchase, you may return it within 60 days from the date of shipment for a refund, minus return shipping costs. This guarantee exceeds the EU's mandatory 14-day cooling-off period, which also applies to our EU customers. Whether you're covered by our satisfaction guarantee or exercising your right under the EU cooling-off period, the process for initiating a return is the same.

Please note, the satisfaction guarantee and the EU cooling-off period do not apply to digital content, including downloads and preloaded SD cards, once the download or use has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@singularsound.com. Items must be in their original condition, including packaging and accessories. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds for Physical Products

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping Protection with Route

We offer the option for customers to protect their purchase through Route shipping insurance. This coverage is against all risks of physical loss or damage from any external cause during transit, subject to the terms and conditions of their policy.

Filing a Claim with Route

Should an issue arise with your shipment, you must adhere to the following time frames for claim submission:

  • For lost packages, claims must be filed after 7 days (domestic) or 20 days (international) from the scheduled delivery date but within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
  • For delivered packages, claims must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • For all other issues, claims must be filed within 365 days from the purchase date.

International Orders

Please be aware that for international orders, any refusal to pay VAT, import fees, or government duties will render the order non-refundable.
